FloridA's elite camp overview
• We will begin each session with DYNAMIC WARMS-UPS, which is good for "waking muscles up" in order to get them ready to engage and execute effectively. This involves moving your limbs through the full range of motion that they will use during training.
• We will then transition into skill specific stations which will help to enhance each participants desired health need. Each station has its specific purpose and consists of drill stations that will challenge each participant to maximize their optimal potential.
• Then we will COOL DOWN which will help to decrease the body's temperature to its natural baseline, remove waste products from the working muscles and increase range of movement. Static Stretches are more appropriate to cool down as they help muscles to relax and recover and increase flexibility.
Our Community Based or Sports Specific Camps base rate is $500 up to 25 participants then $150 per 10 additional participants thereafter.

At Florida's Elite Optimal Health and Ase, End of Life Consulting, we are committed to empowering individuals through knowledge and execution. By providing evidence-based information and educational resources, we aim to empower our clients to make informed decisions about their nutrition and wellness in order to take control of their health and healing. Our driving force is the opportunity to fully engage with the community and being able to offer services through various modalities of communication ranging from social media and virtual interaction to one-on-one collaboration and group/cooperate meetings and event. these "Fee Based" services are specifically designed and tailored to meet the desired needs and outcomes of those seeking the services. Our basic, base price starts at $100 per hour for in person speaking services but for more information and to secure the services for a speaking engagement , please email us.
